Our approach and solution
JAKALA played a crucial role in the success of the Welfare Hub project for Intesa Sanpaolo Group. With constant dedication and meticulous attention to detail, JAKALA met every client request, ensuring that each proposed solution was perfectly tailored and aligned with expectations. A key element of the project’s success was the strong synergy between JAKALA and Intesa Sanpaolo, further strengthening the long-standing partnership with one of its most important clients.
JAKALA’s ability to understand and meet client needs resulted in the creation of a highly customized platform that effectively addresses the corporate welfare needs of Intesa Sanpaolo. The focus on the well-being of employees and their families led to the development of a comprehensive and integrated people-oriented welfare system.
Building on the positive feedback from previous years, the Bank expanded its collaboration with JAKALA, entrusting the Welfare Hub platform with managing reimbursements for expenses incurred by employees’ families (e.g., school fees, public transport subscriptions, etc.) and contributions to supplementary pensions. The catalog also offers a wide range of vouchers and services from leading national and international brands, with broad and diverse territorial coverage.
